Who Are Keats International?
Keats International is a real estate company that aims to increase our clients’ profit potential by introducing them to a variety of eco-centric properties and projects. We are a full cycle green real estate focused company based in Barcelona (European Office) and Asia. Our team is comprised of professionals with backgrounds in real estate investment, property, and finance and business development. Above all we are committed to developing a greener, sustainable future for our children and generations to come, whilst ensuring that our clients have the best opportunity for profit possible.
What do we do?
Keats provides our clients with access to asset backed, environmentally sound, property investments meaning that we deal in pre-planning permission sites, sites that have gained planning permission, new developments, hotels and commercial real estate across the globe. All of these sites and projects have one thing in common, they are environmentally friendly (or a destined to become) and create a positive social impact on the communities they involve. Unlike many other ecologically focused companies we understand that the only way to change the way that we live to a more sustainable, greener path is to help people profit from the change.
By focusing on these areas we aim to introduce our clients to a multitude of opportunities that fit their property investment objectives and timescales.
In what is a historically lucrative field, we are here to assist private investors who previously have not been able to access this type of project through lack of information or opportunity.
