When purchasing a plot through Keats International you are the legal owner of the land itself. We do not hold the land or property in our clients name as we do not believe this is a transparent structure.

It is our policy to ensure that buying land or property with us is simple and straightforward, once the sale is completed then all deeds are registered solely in your name and passed to you or your appointed council.
